Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was exactly as I asked for - high ceiling, large, and quiet, making it very comfortable and attractive. It was clean and had a super terrace with a great view of the Bishop's Palace. The location is amazing, right on the square and close to everything, from the train station to all the main gardens and chauteau. However, you have to pay a lot for public parking.
My stay at the hotel was quite delightful. The room was still warm and attractive, with a super terrace offering a great view of the Bishop's Palace. However, being at the top of a flight of stairs made it a bit challenging for my dog to move around, so not entirely pet-friendly. The room tended to get quite hot even with all windows open at the start of autumn.
I must say, the hotel's location is superb, right on the square, and the historical downtown vibe adds to its charm. The rooms were spacious, bright, and quiet, offering a wonderful view of the Bishop's Palace. However, the spiral staircase leading to a separate bathroom can be a bit tricky, especially during late-night visits. The service was a mix of warm friendliness and occasional privacy breaches, but housekeeping and other amenities were top-notch. Dining, while meeting expectations, leaned towards simplicity with continental choices; nevertheless, the marinated fish was a delightful surprise.
Despite facing some issues with room views and temperature, the hotel overall offers comfortable rooms with all amenities and a friendly and helpful staff. The perfect location near major attractions compensates for any minor inconveniences, making it a great value for money choice.
The hotel had a super terrace with a great view of the Bishop's Palace but the tricky layout with the bathroom on a different level could be inconvenient, especially at night. The room was a bit cold despite attempts to address it at reception.
